Parade of Homes Entry Information
Entry Registration Open May 27, 2026 - July 31, 2026
The PA Parade of Homes is the most successful Parade Event in Central PA. During the Parade, thousands of in-person visits are recorded across the homes. This year, in addition to in-person tours, we are including a virtual component for Builders and Associates alike to show off their skill and designs in home building, interior and exterior designs, pools, kitchens, baths, remodels, and cabinetry. Familiar and well-known, no other event provides the same exposure as the PA Parade of Homes.

Certificate of Insurance Delivery Deadline
A workshop that is highly encouraged for all entrants to go over Marketing initiatives and how to get the most out of Parade.

Awards Judging
Be sure to have your entries all ready by judging days. Individuals are not allowed to be present at the locations during judging.
A certificate of insurance must be obtained and given to the HBA in order to be included in the Live Parade.

The last day to request for a refund if entered weather payment had been collected or not at the time.

Details, Floorplans, Exterior Photos Deadline
All write up details, floorplans, and front exterior photo of each entry must be submitted for use in the magazine.

Yard Signage Requests Deadline
All directional sign requests must be submitted which includes number of straight and turns needed to entries.

Virtual Parade of Homes Opens
The Virtual Parade of Homes will run from September 25 for 12 months until the next Parade of Homes.

Pick-Up Day
Someone from each entered company must come to the HBA to pick up yard signs so they can be placed before the parade.
