The Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Harrisburg is supported by a dedicated team focused on serving its members and strengthening the building industry. Led by the Executive Vice President, who provides strategic leadership and advocacy, the team also includes the Administration & Communications Manager, who keeps members informed and engaged, and the Member Services Manager, who ensures exceptional support and service. Together, they work to build strong industry relationships and help member businesses thrive.
Amanda Henry Executive Vice President
Amanda serves as the Chief Staff Executive, working in close partnership with the President of the Board and the Board of Directors to develop, implement, and manage the organization's policies, strategic initiatives, and programs. She provides visionary leadership, ensures alignment with the association’s mission, and oversees day-to-day operations to support the success and growth of the HBA and its members.
Emily Kuhn Administration & Communications Director
Emily manages both internal and external communications for the association, including the weekly eNews, the HBA website, and all social media platforms. She is also responsible for Accounts Receivable and plays a key role in the planning and execution of large-scale events. In addition, Emily provides valuable support to the membership team, contributing to a seamless experience for current and prospective members.
Tony Duffy Member Services Manager
Tony oversees all aspects of membership engagement and support. His responsibilities include meeting with prospective members, fostering strong connections with current members, and creating opportunities for networking within the association. Tony is your primary resource for understanding and maximizing member benefits, ensuring you receive the full value of your membership. Dedicated to providing exceptional service, Tony strives to be a welcoming and approachable point of contact for any membership-related needs.
