Landmark Homes is an award-winning, family-owned designer and builder of new homes and communities in Central Pennsylvania.
Having grown up in a family involved in new home construction, brothers Cliff and Clair Weaver gained valuable knowledge about quality craftsmanship and serving the local community. In 1998, Cliff and Clair founded Landmark Homes with the vision to be the builder of excellence in Central Pennsylvania. This vision, coupled with the belief that every new home should be as unique as the family that built it, is the core foundation of Landmark Homes.
